I am not a help desk, and please don't treat me as one. If you have a problem with one of my programs or you think you've found a bug, you should check back to see if there's either an updated version of the program or an explanation of the functionality that you've noticed. If there's a problem with code, try fixing it. If you've done that and you still want to contact me, please feel free to do so; however, I'm notoriously bad about not replying to e-mails, so you may not get a speedy response. I'll try, but just don't expect anything.
Honestly, I'm really not a jerk. I just sometimes have poor communication skills.
If you need help with Lotus Notes in general, please try the forums on Notes.net. There are also many fine Internet search engines that might be useful.
